Lee Omond, APD
Lee is an accredited practicing dietitian with a passion for performance nutrition and to assist his clients to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Lee believes that performance nutrition should be applied to all aspects of life. If you're a world champion athlete, weekend warrior, or just want to get through the day without the suffering that post-lunch crash, adequately fuelling your mind and body for everything life throws at you should be the most important part of your day!
Lee has a Master of Dietetics with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutrition and Exercise Science. He draws on evidence-based practice and his experience. Lee understands what you need to put in to get the best out with over a decade of experience undertaking strength and conditioning training for various sports and competitions.
Like most people, Lee likes to put his food where his mouth is and is a current Cyclocross Victorian State Champion. He can be found training for, competing in, and photographing various cycling disciplines throughout the year... between meals of course!
